I am writing to you about the recent completion to the addition on our home.  My wife and I are extremely happy with the work you did.  You turned our small and plain Cape Cod home into a beautifully styled Garrison Colonial.

One would think our home had been demolished and rebuilt from the ground up upon seeing the before and after pictures.  It was a pleasure working with you from the planning stages through to the completion of the project.  You and your staff were courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly, responsive to our questions and ideas.

Even the relatively smaller details of the project were comprehensively addressed.  For instance, we have a young and active daughter and we had some concern about keeping the house clean and free from debris.  I was happy to come home every day and see the progress on the house without seeing a pile of dust and debris scattered around.  Your staff and subcontractors are to be commended for that.

Finally, in areas where we were unsure of how to proceed, you gave us suggestions that turned out spectacular.  Some of the elements in our home would not have come together without your guidance.  We couldn't be happier with the work you did.

As you know, we have recommended you to our family and friends.  Thank you and best of luck in the future!

Hi Judy,

I would like to express a sincere thanks to Mitchell Design & Construction for an excellent job Completed on time with professionalism and an eye on customer satisfaction.

Recently, Everett and his team completed the shell for full shed dormer on my two family home in Medford.  The dormer resulted in a master bedroom (13' X17'), bedroom (10'X17'), master bathroom and study.

As any home owner involved with a major with major home renovation, I had great excitement over the newly planned living space as well as great anxiety over dealing with the problem a project like this could present.

When Everett Mitchell and I discussed the project details presented by my architect, he assured me that the job would be completed and executed in a timely and professional manner.

From the beginning of the project, his team arrived daily through to the completion of the project.
Each day, the team would clean up and caused no disturbance to myself or neighbors. The foreman (Sal) worked with me daily before I went to work to discuss any details and then followed up accordingly each day.

I'd like to especially mention the gambrel front which Sal constructed to match all the other homes on the street. I had an initial concern that the front of the house would look out of line with the rest of the homes in the neighborhood.  Although the plans were not specific with this detail, Sal said to me "don't worry, I know what you want and I'll take care of it" and he did. Thank you Sal.

In closing, I would recommend Mitchell Design & Construction to family and friends and would Consider them for any future construction of my own.

Dear Everett,

We wanted to put into writing what we’ve been telling you during our whole kitchen and fist floor renovation. We could not be happier with the job you and your team have done. In order of importance to us, we truly appreciated the excellent communication, approachability of your people, courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Your workers were here when you said they’d be and there were very few days during the project when no one was here working. To the best of their ability, everyone cleaned up after themselves. Dennie even shoveled and swept the deck on many occasions for us! He really went about and beyond on many facets of the project (too many times to mention!).

The project was also done in the timeframe you quoted us. In a time when proptness and integrity aren’t always valued, we believe that to be one of your best assets. Botton line is, you do what you say you’re goint to do.

In summary, we want to thank you all very much (Everett, Judy, Dennie, Bob, David, Sal, Francisco, Victor,  Chris, and everyone one else I may have missed) for a great experience on our first major home renovation. Dear Everett,

Recently my mother and I contracted you company to rebuild and expand back porches on our two family dwelling.

What ensued as a result of that contract is next to amazing in the world of construction!  You promised me in June that I would have a finished product by July 4th….I thought that this date would be a broad reference for a finish date.

Your crew appeared at 7:00 a.m. on June 27 and left on Friday, June 31 at 4:00 p.m with the job completed. You’re a man of your word and so were they!

What can I say about the crew that I haven’t already told you? Carl and David started out the week and were absolutely wonderful: polite, friendly, patient (with our questions) considerate and hard working.. Mid-week the talented and personable Denny joined them to add a little spice to the group! You are lucky, Everett, to have this caliber of talented professionals working for you. I have passed your business cards out to many and hope you get lots of referrals from me…you deserve it! My mother and I send much affection to you and your crew. Our wish is for all of you to be safe and well!
